As readers have probably worked out, the main focus of this site is to be an online portfolio for myself. So it might seem odd for me to post recipes here, however, after much deliberation, in the absence of a scrapbook (which I’d probably lose anyway) my personal site really does seem like the best place to keep these gems.
I’d like to start with this Bengali mustard fish curry. I can definitely vouch for this. I substituted halibut with monkfish chunks, and swapped tomato for red onion.
