DOMDocument 2.0.0 release

I’ve released a new major version of my DOMDocument library which includes many, many enhancements.

Please see the documentation, see the commits for changes, or check out the publication.

This new version pre-empts further improvements to PHP regarding implementing the RFC DOM Living Standard API, and has moved many, many functions onto the DOMQueryResults class rather than adding overrides to DOMElement.

This allows a much closer mirror of jQuery’s design pattern whilst also significantly reducing the likelihood of collisions between PHP’s native DOMElement and the DOMElement extension provided in this library.
