With the oven, fridge freezer and kitchen sink in place, the first big miscalculation of the build now becomes clear – The computer chair cannot go between the desk and the kitchen. I had accounted for the arc of the door opening and closing, but had apparently worked this out wrong. The desk will now have to face towards the side rather than the rear of the living area.
